As a Doctor of Physical Therapy as well as a certified strength and conditioning Coach, Dr. Baranzini has extensive experience in both disciplines. This combination of skills have led to his lifelong commitment to combine these worlds in order to foster lifelong health and a more universal fitness model. It is this vision that moved him to launch KRATOS Performance & Physiotherapy.

In addition to his extensive training, Dr. Baranzini also has a background in sports performance and development, as a Division II collegiate athlete, having played Men’s Baseball for both Santa Rosa Junior College and Sonoma State University. More recently, Dr. Baranzini became Titleist Performance Institute certified and enjoys helping golfers of all ages improve their game.

 

Silvia Rodriguez

Certified Personal Trainer

Nutrition Specialist

Silvia is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with over 6 years of experience working in diverse fitness settings, from one-on-one training sessions to large group classes. She believes physical fitness, strength training, and nutrition are just as much about the body as the mind and offers a holistic approach to health and wellness.

Her background in psychology gives her unique insights into social, biological, individual, and cognitive behaviors to help clients move past hurdles toward their fitness goals. Silvia loves to work with clients of all ages but has a passion for helping older adults flourish to meet their physical fitness goals.

She is fluent in both English and Spanish.
